type in mobile number
then when it asks for your 4 digit code..
Type the 4 digit code rong 2/3 times it automatically
goes to customer services
they ask for name to confirm its you and then they send you a text or they tell you then an there) make sure you have a pen with you as you don't want to forget it again :)

as a 14 year old I had to find this out for myself as the box my phone came in
(sony erricson k880i) had no information about how to actually call up customer services to talk to them, it only told you aload of 3 digit numbers to dial for pacific reasons and then eventually I stumbled across this method. It take sum time for a little code but it does get the job done.
