Hi dude,very simple me to have the same problem once a time due to that I locked mobile finally I unlocked my mobile my friend suggest me to visit www.unlock-zone.com than finaly I came to know puk codes are avail only from service provider than I called cust care and they were assist me to get my puk code..I suggest you to cal cust care for more assistant
