Microsoft Outlook can handle various profile. Each profile contains settings for a specific user. Microsoft Outlook profile is also similar to a Windows user account. If you want to define more than one profile, you must tell Outlook to prompt for a profile which is explained by following steps
1. Click on window start button and choose control panel.
2. Double click on Mail and click show profile.
3. Select the options prompt for profile and click ok.
4. After this, when you lunch outlook, it will ask you to choose a profile.
