How To Detect Spyware For Cell Phones?

I know my husband is cheating but is there anyway I can tap into his phone without spending an arm & a leg (free if possible)hell I'm already paying for a high as  lawyer?

I think that someone has put cell spy or something of that nature on my cell phone.  The back light will light up on its own.  It will randomly make beeping or strange noises for no reasons.  Sometimes it will freeze up and text messages will be sent to my own phone from my phone.   My settings will change on their own as well.  How can I find or detect  what is on the phone without deleting it (as it would be evidence) .

I think someone has put a spy software on my phone.. It freezes too much . Also I have too log in and out of my facebook to many time.. Plus my password be wrong a lot.. Please tell me what and how I can find out who iz doing this..

You can't. The software is generally invisible once installed.
