Does Spy Cell Pro Really Work?

I bought this software and its been 6 months and I'm still able to figure out how it works so I think its a rip off and the site I bought this software were not able to help me at all!!!!

You will never get a truthful HOW TO anywhere because it does not work! No one has gotten it to work! Why do you think none of these rip off artist have tech support? Why don't they have a phone number to call? Why do all of them state a NO REFUND? Because it does not work! Call your credit card company and place a charge back against them, AND DO IT now! Is there a way to know if someone has actually tried to install this cell spy pro on your cell phone?  I found evidence that my ex boyfriend purchased this for 99.00 and I am trying to find out if he successfully installed it on my iphone..
