Anyone know how to direct different applications in MacOS X to different network interfaces? Trying to separate a local network from the web

The steps are simple!

1. Format Hard Drive
   
2. Install Linux
3. Setup IPTables

But seriously, I don't know OSX as well as other Operating Systems. Hopefully someone will ping in with an answer.
