What Is The Advantages & Disadvantages Of Computer Hacking?
Internet hacking is prohibited.This is totally a disadvantage in its own nature.The good alternative to all the hackers is to do web hosting and do web development .They should put their skills in the right place.
Hacking is unauthorized use of computer and network resources, it could be remotely or by directly logging in your PC. Advantages: Hacking tools are used to test the security of a network, pc etc.

The "advantage" so to speak of computer hacking is that you get programs, etc free. However, IMHO, the disadvantage is that since it is illegal (in the United States) if you are caught, then you can end up in prison with some pretty hefty fines. For example, if one hacks Microsoft Vista (as an example) and Microsoft discovers it Microsoft will press charges. I believe the prison term is up to 10 years, while the fine is anywhere from $10K to $100K. I am sure Keving Mittnick could tell you more.

I would say the biggest disadvantage of hacking is it is illegal. You can get put in jail for life because of it and a felony on your record
I agree it's not the right thing to do.
Let's put it this way: If you're asking the Internet about hacking, then you're not good enough to get away with it, so the disadvantage you're looking at is jail time.
