Most phones come with a default password on them. As stated above, you need to read the manual the phone probably had with it to see if they state it, and then contact the company if it is not.
I am trying to put a privacy password on my samsung monte but it keeps saying dat i hav an incorrect password BUT I HAV NEVA KEPT A PASSWORD BEFORE?
Well the phone company has set a password for it so you have to call them to see what it is it is usally all 1's or 0's then you will be able to change it(: Hope that helps
