How do I verify my 10-digit T-Mobile phone number? I'm trying to change my password because I forgot it. I might not even have an account but when I enter my phone number on either option it says "Please verify your 10-digit T-Mobile phone number is correct." How do I do that?

If the website is asking you to verify that your mobile number is correct and you are sure that you are entering the right number, but your login is not working, it may be that you are not registered with the site.

Have you tried registering again with that number? If it works, then great, but if you are already registered with that mobile number it will not let you register again.

If you call T-Mobile customer services they should be able to either tell you if you are registered, reset your password, or get you registered for this first time. This might be your best option as it can be difficult to figure out what you need to do on the website!

Just call 150 from your T-Mobile phone to get through to an adviser.
