It's possible to send pictures from a computer to most cell phones.

The process is reasonably straightforward, with the most obvious requirement being that the cell phone can receive pictures! With that obstacle overcome, there are two ways that you can go about sending pictures from your computer to a phone.

Once you have found a picture that you like you have to save it onto your computer's hard drive. Both tasks are performed by going into My Computer/My Pictures and highlighting your image, you will then get various options which will include options to copy or move the image - at this stage you can select the drive that includes your cell phone.

Transferring an image from your computer to an external cell phone is slightly more complex and will require some additional software. Once you are in the software and have selected your image, you will have the option to send the image. This simply involves typing in the number of the cell phone that you wish to send to and following the online instructions.

I send pictures all the time to my phone through the computer. Say I find a picture I like on a website. I save the picture on to the computer, say desktop. Then I go to my email send an email to my phone. I have tmobile. So I send it to my # than tmomail.net. Example ([email protected])  you want to log onto your email on your computer then send an email with the picture as an attachment. All phone companies have a email with our #. I tried the one for boost mobile since that is my carrier and I did it 4 times and it never worked

You can put pictures on some phones with data cables and software, or email the pictures to your phone like Jess86 said.
