To get blaziken in this game you must first have gotten all 16 badges. After words you can go to saffron city and go into silph co. Once inside go to the right and at the reception desk you will see steven the guy who gave you the picture of latias or latios depending on which game you got. But anyway go over to talk to him and he will ask you which stone is your favorite. Pick red and thats Torchic which evolves into Combusken then Blaziken. Pick blue and thats Mudkip which evolves into Marshtomp then Swampert. Pick green andthats Treecko which evolves into Grovyle then Sceptile. Hope this helps.

First, beat the Elite Four. Then, you'll have to get every badge in Kanto. Once you have all 16 badges, you'll gain admittance to Mt. Silver. At the top is Red (if you have played the original Gold and Silver you should know what I'm talking about.

Once you have beaten Red (don't take him lightly, his first pokemon are incredibly strong), Prof. Oak will call you up and will give you a chance to pick a Bulbasaur/Charmander/Squirtle and a Treecko/Torchic/Mudkip. Pick the Torchic and there you have it.

Alternatively you could just trade over a Torchic, Combusken or Blaziken from Diamond/Pearl/Platinum.
