I believe SafeLink will give you one replacement phone but you have to call it in. Try the technical support 800# on the website.
My Safelink Phone Was Damaged Do To My Kids. How Can I Get Another One?
I was not my kids that messed up my phone it mas the phone that messed up it self.Some how another the phone will not charge come on or anything don't know whats wrong with it even if I put another charger on it ,still want come on don't know what's wrong can you please send another phone or whatever it is you need to do it would be nice if I could use it.Thanks a lot,N.E.E
