I Lost My Safelink Phone, How Can I Get Another One?

I lost my phone and called this number, I was connected with an agent right away, they deactivated my missing phone and the one time courtesy replacement is on the way. According to the policy it will be a refurbished phone and according to the agent I can keep my number:)

While I lost my phone while I was moving I called safe link wireless , I had about 300 minutes in that phone. If its your first time losing the phone yes they will replace it BUT only put 10 minutes even do the next month you will receive the regular minutes the usually give you,  means you lost the 300 that you had on the other one. See I thought if I find it is better than requesting a new one that will only have 10 minutes. Also the new phones that they are sending are LG very nice small phones you can even have music on them. Please be advice that you are only entitle to 2 phone if you lose it the first time. Good luck!
