Heya I know the awnser! When you go to defeat team rocket in golden city, there is a small tunnel-like building that you go through! A quick way to get there is.... If you are at the stadge to defeat team rocket (as soon as you get the mahogany gym badge professor Elm will call you about strange transmitions in the radio tower or something like that. Well, you are not allowed past the guard at the foot of the stairs so now I will direct you to the place where you get the uniform. But BEWARE for I did this part a while ago, so if I am wrong soz! So this is what you do. So....you are outside the radio tower, now go right until you get to the main path in the middle. If you keep going right, you will hit a tower like building. BUT don't GO RIGHT go up and round the back of the radio tower therewill be a sign near the lampost, like the one outside the dark cave, and it should say, watch out! Gt off your bike in the tunnel. It is in front of a small building, which is next to the name rater.go into that building and down the stairs, then go down till you can take the first right, by the blue door with the two people sitting with a pink, long table. But they might not be there, I can't remember (soz!) there should be a team rocket member nearby, I think and he will give you the uniform! And thats all, if I am wrong, keep looking, it is somewhere in that tunnel!
