On Soul Silver How Do U Get Charmander?
You get a charmander bu defeating all the Johto, Kanto, and the Elite Four. Professor Oak will give you a choice of Bulbasuar, Charmander, or Squirtle. I forget when though ^^'' sorry hope this helps
You need to defeat trainer red (ash) to do this defeat all 14or 15 gymes and E4 but reds pokemon are really strong some are lv 88 so try to get everything to 100 and bring a strong water pokemon for the pikachu after you defeat him go to profesor oak I carnt remember where he is tho he might be in his lab and for weak pokemon use exp. Share you can get from prof oaks lab after you gety a red scale from the red gryadose give it to a weak pokemon and keep chalanging the E4 and other trainers hope I helped
