How Do I Get To The 7th Gym Leader In Soul Silver?

Hello? I'm trying to find out how to and where to move the ice blocks in the seventh gym.

Can anyone help?

First you get a pokemon that can learn the move surf. Then you surf over to the other side of the lake from olivine, then you defeat the gym leader and go into the medical store. You buy the medicine, then you give it to the ampharos in the lighthouse!!

I'm doing the stairs part under that gold box thingy, and the last guest, besides me, I just used my phione, that I traded from my pearl version, and finished the 5th gym in seconds

Well first you catch shiny gyarados in then talk to lance then go out lack of rage in then go to the nearest house on the left lance will be there talk to one of the people in then lance open thing to team rockets hideout then kick ass!

Go to the Lake of rage and catch the shiny gyrados. After that, talk to lane at the edge of the lake. AFter he leaves, go to the shop in Mahogan town and then beat all the rockets

I don't know I only got 4 badges! The 5th leader is HARD! (because I got a feraligatyr)

You find a gyrados (shiny) then go to that wierd pokemart
and talk to that nerd in the back and he sells you stuff. When
you talk to him another guy pops up and talks to him ANC this door opens and you go down there and the rockets r there. Hope this helps.

(for the record I did this on my iPod touch so it is wierd)
