How To Get Rainbow Wing In Heart Gold?

Apparently you get the rainbow wing by going back to new bark town and speak to your mum. She will tell you about a secret cave on route 34 but you need a whole bunch of moves and ive got 4 badges and I havent even got all of them!!!! At the end of the cave is the rainbow wing after you have done that head to bell tower and just battle it! I don't know if this is true or not but give it a go and I hope it helps

Heartgold is the easiest blimmin game. They shouldve made it harder.  You get the rainbow wing/silver wing in pewter city by the pokemart. Talk to the guy on the ledge.
