How Do I Remove My Ourworld Toolbar?

I want to remove my toolbar right know how do I do that

You have to click on tools then add ons the go on extensions and press uninstall! (for Firefox users)

    last day I was download ourworld toolbar..then,,,,,,I open the ourworld toolbar it was nothing
you know nothing nothing...huh how do to appear the ourworld toolbar...so please answer
