Does a toolbar have File, Edit, View, Favorites, Tools and Help on it? That is what I have lost off my computer.

The term toolbar is defined as a row, a column or a block of buttons or icons that appear on the screen of a personal computer (which is abbreviated as a PC). A toolbar is commonly found on the monitor of a personal computer or on a graphical user interface (which is abbreviated as a GUI).
When one of the icons or buttons appears on the screen of your computer monitor, they activate certain functions of the programs to which they pertain. In the earlier days, the toolbars were in a rudimentary form and they were defined specifically by the programmer. Each of these buttons or icons had to perform a specific function.
However, the present-day toolbars (which are known as customisable toolbars) are designed in such a way that they can be customised or modified according to the needs or preferences of the users of a program or an operating system.
