Not sure what the problem is. Use 9.5, have been for months, no problem until about 2 weeks ago. Started getting the cdp1 bos, no idea what it is, have used all kinds of virus programs, malware programs, ccleaner programs and still getting error. Use aol, can get messages but no other screens open. Looked on web, many comments of error, but no one seems to have answer.
