With Tracfone service, you send and receive SMS (text messages) in the same exact way you do with other mobile services.

Go to the menu, click four to the right and you'll come up to the messages page. Click on new message, and I would hope you could find your way now.....but I guess you couldn't scroll through a couple menus by yourself, though, could you? Stupid.
