What Is Sms Restriction 45 On Tracfone?

It is a restriction on making international texts.  It drives me crazy, because I can't initiate a call with my mother-in-law in England.  But if texts me, it will let me respond.  I've gotten around this problem by just keeping one of her text in my phone.  Then I just use it to "respond" with my new text.
