Our experience in July 2010 in Northern Ontario and the Bruce Peninsula is that the Kyocera Tracfone does connect but the Motorola (clamshell) does not!
Does The Brand TracFone Roam To Canada Or Can I Get A TracFone Sim There? Travelling Soon And Would Like To Be Able To Use My Phone.
I just got back from a week in Canada. We had not service whatsoever while there. I didn't check into anything else.
We have a Motorola and it's never worked in Canada but next time I'm in the US, I'll pick up a Kyocera and see if that works for us.
