How Do I Reformat A Lexar Jump Drive?

Try going to ACELOGIX.com and download the trial version of ace utilities then insert the drive and use the ace software to delete all info and do a secure erase then through MY COMPUTER right click on the drive letter and format.

You may want to go through the control panel then go to administrative tools then to drive management, look at how big the drive is, from there you may be able to do a format.

Sorry neither worked. With the drive management at least I could see the secure area, but it wouldn't allow anything to be doen even formatting. ACELOGIX just wouldn't see it at all, only the "Public" partition. Still looking before it junk it.

I don't think it is possible to properly format a USB drive. If you do, you could erase the drivers on it.
