There are two chances you can get one (I didnt catch one d*** it) first after getting to the end of the distortion world, save right before you battle giratina, and keep interacting with it and restarting, until you get shiny giritana (I would advise you to do this in turnback cave, since giritina is level 70 there, and at end of distortion world it is only level 47.)
