My IPod Nano's Volume Keeps Turning All The Way Down Automatically. How Do I Fix It?

1. Fully charge
2. Toggle hold button on and off and on again (little slide button on base)
3. Hold menu and centre for a few secs until the apple logo fills screen - I had to do this twice (apparently putting on flat surface helps)
4. Plug into USB on pC
It worked for me!
