Ok I had a huge problem with this also all you have to do is go to settings/security/enter the last digits in your phone number/youll see a bunch of options nd just click on reset phone that will reset everything except for contacts Hope that helped =)

To reset the handset, to the factory default settings, follow the steps below:
1. From the standby screen, press Menu
2. Press Settings
3. Press Phone Settings (6)
4. Press Security (5)
5. Enter the lock code, default password is the last 4 digits of cell phone number, then press OK
6. Press Reset Phone (4)
7. Press Yes to confirm resetting the handset to factory default settings
Note: Resetting the handset, to the factory default settings, will not delete any contacts, messages, call logs, images, videos, sounds or ringtones (including MP3 files)
