How Can I Check My Yahoo Mail When It's Blocked?

My account have been blocked due to security problem ,how can open my account

How I can re open my blocked yahoo account/id?

I have same problem that my yahoo account cannot open. I have checked the spellng and sure that I have gave the correct info but it still blocked.
Please help how to do to make it can open again. Yahoo said that someone has changed my password and when I tried to login they gave some key question but not the specific question to remind abt password when I signed up.

My yahoo mail account will not open, I chose to opy out of the new  yahoo mail by pressing opt out, now I can't get my mail to open , ti goes to 560 yahoo mail

There are two instance in which your yahoo mail or for that matter any email service is blocked. The first one is if you are not using the email for a long time, say six months or more. You will also get an alert to make it operational or it will close. The emails which you had your inbox or outbox goes away and you are asked to open a new account. The second instance in which your yahoo mail can get blocked is if you are spamming other person's email boxes. The domain administrator has no option but to have your email address blocked.

You can also go to start-programs-your email service provider-support and click on 'restore.' This should restore your computer to the time when your email account existed.

I live in Iran. Nowadays, only for diplomatic & political problems, they've blocked our access to our mail-boxes!! So, I cannot enter my mailbox!
Is there any other way to access to it? E.g. From an alternative site instead of Yahoo?
