The confirmation link is sent to the Yahoo mail whenever you signup for the Blurtit. Sometimes, the Emails sent from these websites gets posted in the Spam box by Yahoo. So, remember to check your Spam box too for Confirmation Email.
Now, when you find the Email, you can see the words like: Click on the following link to confirm your accont. Upon clicking on that link, your account will be confirmed.
In case, you can't find the Email, you can use Blurtit's "Contact us" option and report them the problem.
