Where To Get All The Plates In Pokemon Platinum?

Draco Plate: Behind the Palkia/Dialga Statue in Eterna City.
Dread Plate: On the 2nd floor, last room on the left in The Old Chateau
Earth Plate: In the Cave before the Oreburgh City down in the lower level
Fist Plate: Next to the Black-Belt Trainer in the middle section of Route 215
Flame Plate: At Stark Mountain, in the middle of a big room and on the western side of a pathway to a dead end
Icicle Plate: It's given to you when you talk to the guy again after you obtain HM08 behind his house on route 217
Insect Plate: On the right side of the Old Chateau, look for it on the walls
Iron Plate: At Iron Island in the room where you fought the 2 Glactics, go to the right side and you'll see a small pit and that's where it is.
Meadow Plate: It's next to a waterfall under a bridge on route 210
Mind Plate: In the last room of the Solaceon Ruins
Sky Plate: Near some flowers at the end of Victory Road on the left side
Splash Plate: On Route 219, surf down to a small island
Spooky Plate: In Amity Square(Hearthrome City where you can walk with your pokemon) go into one of the old ruin buildings and keep teleporting til you see an item and that's it
Stone Plate: In a cave In Mt. Coronet on the 4th floor. The cave has 2 orbs for both Palkia and Dialga and the plate is hidden on a rock or use the dowsing machine for help
Toxic Plate: In Area 2 of the Pastoria Great Marsh in the mud. Use the Dowsing Machine for help
Zap Plate: In front of the lighthouse by the cliff

Earth Plate is Found on the lowest level of the Ore burgh Gate
Fist Plate is found on Route 215
Dread Plate found in Old Chateau
Mind Plate Solace on Ruins
Splash Plate Route 220
Spooky Plate is found in Amity Square
Draco Plate is found using Dowsing app behind Di alga Statue
Icicle Plate is found in a hut on Route 217
Flame, Iron, Meadow, Sky, Stone, Zap, Toxic Plates are found in the underground.

You can find them all in Atlanta Georgia on Tuesdays at the mall.

Everyone here forgot the infamous '??? Plate'.

The ??? Plate
can be obtained after you caught or defeated Arceus in the Hall of
Origin, above the Spear Pillar, in Diamond, Pearl and Platinum.

To gain
access to the Hall of Origin, you will need the Azure Flute. When you
have the Azure Flute, go to the Spear Pillar, and step on the tile with
the flute on it.

The Azure Flute will appear to be making sound and you
will be asked to blow in it. Once blown, an odd melody plays and your
screen turns white, then back to normal, but a steep stairway has
magically appeared.

The stairway leads to the Hall of Origin. The exact
location of the ??? Plate is very simple:

A Poké Ball will be right
behind where Arceus stood before encountering it.

The Azure Flute once
was available to obtain during an event, which has expired a long time
ago, so you cannot obtain it any longer unless you have Action Replay or
so.

I personally think that the ??? Plate doesn't actually up the

power of ??? Moves, since the only known ??? Move is Curse, which is
not actually an attack.

I think, when Arceus is holding the ??? Plate,
it obviously will become the ??? Type just like all other Plates change
Arceus's type, and I think it will make Arceus weak to NORMAL type
attacks, yes, NORMAL, since Normal type attacks are not supereffective
against any other type.

However, once Arceus uses Judgment (will learn
at lv. 100) when holding the ??? Plate, I have no single idea what it
will be supereffective against.

So you can actually obtain the ??? Plate, PLUS you have a brand new lv. 80 Arceus, the God of Pokémon.

Well there pretty hard to find you basically have to look where no one has looked before sources I have the game

There invisible for your information you have to use the drowsing machine to find them duh!

They are all found somewhere in the underground... I think one of the hikers sells them.

You can get the flame plate if you have Arceus from a miner in oreburgh city

You can get the zap plate at the bottom right cornor by the lighthouse in Sunyshore city.

Actually, you can get Sky, Toxic, Insect, Iron and Zap Plate from other places other than Underground
For Sky Plate, you need to Fly to Pokemon League, then you have to use Surf to surf the water and then you have to use waterfall to go down and then go to the left where the flower is and then just on top of a flower, there will be a sky plate
For Iron Plate , you need to go to Iron Island and go to the place where there you tag team with Riley and just near the location where you fight a Black Belt and the Fighter girl
For Toxic Plate, you need to go to the Safari Zone, and then you need to go the top right(Area 2) and then you find a Stump in the mud place.. Just walk a few steps down face left and click A, you should be able to find Toxic Plate
For Insect plate, you need to go to the Old Chateau, then walk to the top right of the House(not inside) you should be able to find an Insect Plate on the wall
For Zap plate you need to go to the the sunyshore City, go to the light house its next to the bottom right corner and then click A, you should be able to find a ZAP Plate
