These are the two main ways I know of uploading your website:
1) Find out the FTP details of your domain (IE if your domain is www.widget.co then your ftp will be ftp.widget.com. Normally you will receive a username and a password with a domain. Get yourself a FTP program (www.download.com) and fill in your details, then connect and upload your files to the Public folder on your site.
2) Almost all websites come with some sort of control panel (example: www.example.com ). When accessing your control panel you will be prompted with a username and password. Enter these then you will have an array of options. Locate a file manager tool and use this to upload your files.
