In order to upload your CSS onto your Weebly site, you will first need to open up the editing menu for your website. In the toolbar, within the 'Design' menu you should see a tab that reads 'Advanced Editing'. You should then select this tab and you will see the options appear to alter the HTML code and CSS styles of your site. You will need to make sure that you have uploaded any files that are required for your theme to the site. This will include any images, fonts or videos that are required to give the most accurate representation of the theme that you have created. Once you have all of the files in place there will be options available to make advanced customizations. Weebly have introduced a syntax highlighted code editor and a preview button so that you can see the effects of your code as you go along. Weebly have made the variety of tools available simple to use and reasonably easy to understand so that you should not have too much trouble trying to edit the CSS template of your website. When you have finished making your theme appear as you intended, you will then have the option to export it. Clicking the 'Export' button will download your theme package as a .zip file so that you can send the theme to friends of clients to use on their own websites. Once they have downloaded the file they will be able to go to the 'Custom' option under the 'Design' tab and import your theme package.
