I live in Uruguay. I want to access the USA site of "fiverr.com" but keep getting https://es.fiverr.com regardless of what I do. Help?

If you only want the English language version of the page, go to the link you showed (es.fiverr.com) and scroll down to the very bottom of the page. In the left bottom corner you'll find a dialogue box that says "Espanol". Click the arrow at the right of the box and select English. Easy peasy.

This will help block your location settings.
