Philips 32 Inch Lcd Sound No Picture, Can You Help?

Are there any blinking lights, when the lamp starts weakening it will give you a warning! If the screen stays black, I would check my menu settings, if you are on cable or dish you have to make sure the power is on
from your source or you will not have a picture! Hope I've helped and not confused you.
