How To Get The Machine Part In Pokemon Silver?

Getting the machine part is easy in Pokemon Silver. You have to head towards Cerulean City. You will find a thief there. You have to battle him and defeat him. After defeating him, he will tell you where he has hidden the missing machine part of the power plant. The missing part is hidden at Misty's Gym back in the Cerulean City. In the gym, you can find the missing machine part of the power plant in the top left section of the centre water. Take the machine part back to the power plant and give it back to the man at the back of the machines. Then head towards Lavender Town to go ahead in the game.

Fly to cer-ulan city and across  the gold bridge and you will find a black guy talk to him and he will battle you he has a golbat lv.30 defeat him and he will tell you where it is hint it is in cer-ulan city gym it is in  the left tube.

To get the machine part go to mystie gym you can see one of the team rocket and he say he throw
the machine part in the water

Go to cerulean citys gym then across gold bridge find him again and to find the missing part its in the top left side of the gym inside a inflatable tube

Go to golden bridge  witch is abit behind the gym then you will encounter team rocket guy ,he sucks and only has one golbat,.. Then he talks in a retarded acent, saying that the machine is in the gym in the floters ...left side back. Then go to route 109 and surf on the side past the pokemon center and you will encounter the power plant once agien then the manger will give you a tm called charge beam... And I don't get what to do after that.. It still wont let me go agiesnt misty.. THIS IS ALL IN KANTO ONLY.!

I have a question. I forgot to take the tube when I beat misty. After that I went out and save the game. Then I couldn't find the tube again. Can any one help me.

Go to the back of the gym in cerulean city theres a red and white rubber dingy its there

The machine part is in the back of the gym in the lifeguad tubes

Ok this is my first time posting I'm bad at spilling sorry but try to read here you go.k so go torwd cerulean city cross the gold Bridge and you see a team rocket guy then he'll hide between a couple and press a on him and fight him he has 1 pokemon a golbat I think at lvl 30 but then he'll tell you where to find the michen part its in the life saver at the end of the gym then go back to the pawer plant and talk to the manger and he'll take the genterater and give you a tm its charg beam I'm stuck where to go next so hope I was a help goooooooooood luck!
