It's pretty frustrating when you "match" with someone on Tinder, strike up some good conversation and then out of nowhere your messages won't send. It's not like when you're chatting to your friends and technology fails you and you can give them a call and moan about your rubbish phone or your work's dodgy internet connection.
But don't worry! There are things you can try.
- Like any computer program that stops working, the first thing you should try is to Quit. Do't just click off it, fully quit out of it.
- Next, check your internet connection. It's probably worth completely disconnecting (from both WiFi and your data connection).
- Then, reboot your phone. Switch in off for at least 10-15 seconds then switch it back on.
- Switch your internet connection back on, restart Tinder and try to send the message again.
If this doesn't solve the problem you may need to delete and reinstall the app, but only do this as a last resort as you will lose any matches and previous messages.
