Need incoming call log?

• Consult your manual

If you can locate the user manual that came with your phone it will be able to tell you how the call log function works on that particular phone. If you have misplaced your manual, or in fact you bought the phone second-hand and didn't receive a manual, you can download a PDF version of the manual online. Simply head to google.com and type in the make and model of your phone then the word manual.

• Ask at a phone store

You should find that if you take your phone back to the store you bought it from, or even a general phone store, they will be able to talk you through the process of finding your incoming call log. You could even ask if you are able to have itemized billing sent to you that documents all your previous call details.

• General call log procedure

On most phones you will find the incoming and out going call log in the 'phone' or 'calls' menu options. If you click on this it should show you who you have recently called and who you have recently received calls from. It normally also states any missed calls you have had and any voicemail messages that were left.
