It does not appear that CellSnoop is a scam as the website would have been shut down by now and the company would have been prosecuted. Hacking into mobile phones, however, is illegal and should always be done with caution and the knowledge that you could be prosecuted for it.
The two best selling mobile hacking software programmes are called SpyGold and Mobile Spy.  These two programs for MSM hack are compatible with most smart mobile phones, such as iPhone, Blackberry, Android phones, Nokia, Samsung and HTC.
Mobile Spy works by using the Internet capabilities of your phone; recorded activities, logs and GPS locations are quickly uploaded to your Mobile Spy account. To view the results, you simply login to your secure account at the Mobile Spy web site. Logs are displayed by categories and sorted for easy browsing. For a small fee you will also be able to see the phone's screen and location on a map. You can then view phone information instantly and remotely control the device. The add-on also allows you to have your logs emailed to you.
SpyGold is a similar service. It includes all the features of Mobile Spy, and it also has a feature to "Listen to live phone calls” and "Listen to phone surroundings”.
These packages are not cheap and SpyGold starts from $289. In the UK, phone hacking has resulted in serious charges and a court cases regarding mobile phone hacking and celebrities. This is a serious offence and is a deceptive breach of privacy, which could result in charges being made. If you do not trust someone and wish to listen to their phone calls and read text messages, it is best to simply talk to them and explain your worries before using this deceptive and expensive manner.

Yes it is a complete scam. Cell snoop promises the complete ability to track other people's phone calls, texts, etc. It doesn't take a genius to realize this type of power is not available nor legal for the general public. The program costs about 100 dollars and once purchased you are left with a bunch of directions that don't make sense nor work. The program is a scam, and anyone who falls for their trick should contact their credit card fraud hotline immediately.
