A PUK code is requested when the SIM PIN has been entered incorrectly more than 3 times. There is no way to bypass the PUK. You can obtain the PUK by contacting the network that issued the SIM card (e.g. If the SIM card was issued by Orange you would contact Orange for the PUK).
