Where Is Suicune In Soul Silver?

First go to these places and you will find him, but he will run away (You HAVE to go to these places if you want to catch Suicune):

-North of Cianwood City
-Mt. Mortar (Route 42)
-Vermillion City
-Bill's House (Route 14)

You will battle Suicune at Bill's House...(and just to let you know Suicune is Level 40)

Well you have to keep on following it and the last place you will see it is at the hill but you have to face six trainers

You can't get Suicune on soul silver!
