Well, you can buy the toy (series 2) which is gone now :( or you could use penguin storm (which is against the rules) make sure its 12.4! AND THEN... You search for the SWF and Name I Know it btw its: Tiara (Name) 10412(SWF) I'm not sure if you get banned though! And you need to be a member! Don't blame me if you get banned! Hope this helped!

Go on during the fair, and earn points and use them to get it. You don't have to be a member, which is great!

Easy, buy a membership on club penguin, then, buy it out of the catolog. Also as a member you get free items plus access to special areas and events. And a membership last 2-3 months for around $6!
