First of all you have to be a member when you are head over to the forest on club penguin there should be a balloon only members can enter once you enter theres a basket orr box with jet-packs when you go over to it click it and says you have found a jetpack would you like it or something click yes and its in you inventory theres also a propeller hat which is for all members at the plaza on club penguin hope I helped!
