As long as I know that it is not possible to view the sites which have restricted IP addresses. However, many friends of mine has told me to use the proxy sites for this purpose. I am giving you a site from where you can get the URLs of a number of proxy websites.

I need a proxy that isn't blocked at school.Need to check myspace and other things at school....more of myspace though.If anybody knows any proxies that aren't blocked please comment back =)

Many java chats don't use ip addresses to block you. Instead they dump a file on your computer or entry in the registry. They couldn't use your ip because most people having floating ip addresses. Thats to say, each time you connect you get allocated a different one.

The proof of this is, if you reinstall windows, the blocking will go.
