Why Do Bullet Points In Word Documents Disappear When Converted To A PDF, And How Do You Avoid It?

The bullets are infact the jpg images used by words with a specific location. When ever you insert bullets to the documents and reopens it, word only has the address of the images of the bullets. In your case when the file is converted into pdf the bullet images cannot be located by your software. This problem can be solved by installing Office Xp with latest Acrobat Reader. If the problem persist you must change the doc to pdf converter. Take care.

Converting from .doc to .pdf does not copy everything as it is in a Word
document.
 
There are various converters available, some may avoid it but may not avoid other formatting.
