Hey thx a lot!! I tried only 7370 pressed ok! Then 7780 then again pressed ok! N then 12345!! It worked!! Thanks so much!! But all my sent items, drafts was erased! Contacts, inbox remained d same!! Thank God!! :))) Thumbs up!!
Hard reset- *#7370#soft reset- *#7780#the lock code is 12345 in default,..hard reset is where all the files will be erased when keyed in,. While the soft reset is where the user preferences such as contacts, messages all will be restored..
