Where Do I Get The Electrizer?
If you want an electrizer,get a water type pokemon or Arceus(any type will do) and teach it Surf then get a flying type pokemon or Arceus and teach it Fly.
Fly to Floroma Town.Go to Valley Windworks.Surf behind the building.I think it has a windmill.
Here is a good moveset for Electiviwe:
Charge Beam
Shock Wave(it never misses!!!!)
Thunder Wave
Thunderbolt
If you do these steps(above the moveset)in pokemon diamond and pearl,you will get a TM24:Thunderbolt. DON'T sell it. There is only ONE electrizer in the game. (hope I helped.)
