Press the TV button on your remote, hold down setup until the TV button flashes twice... Type in a pin number from the following link: www.comcast.com Your TV button will blink twice. It should be ready. If it doesn't work try the next pin on your list... If you are really desperate press TV press and hold Setup type in 9-9-1 and continue pressing Power--> TV... Hope this helped!
