Press the TV button, then press Setup button, wait for TV button to blink twice, then try 0156. I found this code using an LXI model code after searching around for what seemed like forever. Stupid APEX TV's are pieces of junk and on their website they do not even know. They say they had no codes until 2004! I hope this helps future searchers of this elusive code from a terrible TV brand. Won mine in a raffle for $2 and use it in my bedroom. I would not recommend anyone purposely buying this brand of anything.
