You will need to contact the Educomp service provider and register there , then he will instruct you. He will provide you with a user id and password. But I don't think its possible because I think they only provide for schools.

It costs money and its only for people who go to a smartclass school LIKE ME :) ask your teacher if you go to a smart class school, for example sri gowthami smart school (thats where I study) maybe he/she can help you create one. I sign in with my teaches account. She has given access to all students of my class.
