But bare in mind that everything you have on your phone will be deleted.

Same thing is happening to me. I checked & most people said you should put in the wrong pass. X10. Then it'll restart :)!

I'm in the same situation and I've tried that more than fifty times. I even tried to call the company and they told me the same thing. Its just another way to get more money huh. Good luck.
